After graduating from Brown University with an Honors degree in English Literature, Whitney was awarded a teaching fellowship in Athens, Greece, through the Hellenic American Education Foundation. There, she worked as an English teacher and college counselor at the prestigious Athens College. Whitney gained invaluable experience working with ESL and international students, as well as advising students through the college admissions process. Upon returning home in Irvine, Whitney has worked as a private SAT/ACT and English tutor in Irvine and Newport Beach.
